Free Trial

We offer a free tier that allows you to try PinTheFrame before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the Service during the free period to ensure it meets their needs before upgrading.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you're not satisfied with PinTheFrame within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within the applicable guarantee period (14 days for monthly, 30 days for annual)
  • This must be your first subscription to PinTheFrame (no repeated refund requests)
  • Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the guarantee period has ended
  • Repeated refund requests from the same user
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month/year refunds after the guarantee period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at manish021js@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged again.

Refund: A refund returns your payment and immediately ends your access to paid features.

Downgrades

If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan or the free plan, you can do so at any time through your account settings. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades.
